You can download the Fifth Third mobile banking app from the App Store or Google Play store on any supported Android or iOS device.

If you’re already registered, you can log in to the mobile app with the same username and password credentials you use to access their online account.

If you are a new customer who has never previously logged in to you account, you’ll need to register to get started. For a first-time login, you can use one of the following as your initial user ID:

• Fifth third debit card
• ATM card number
• Credit card number
• Social Security number

ATM Pin or Temporary PIN can be used as a first-time login password.

1. From the main screen choose "Profile" Icon in the top left corner
2. Select Account Security
3. Select Login Management
4. Select Face ID
5. Turn on Face ID

Nope! There are no fees to use Mobile Banking; it is a free service offered to all Fifth Third Bank customers. However, fees may apply to certain services within the app, such as mobile deposit with immediate funds availability.

Simply launch the Fifth Third mobile app and select "Deposit" from the bottom navigation. Follow the prompts to capture an image of the front and back of the signed check to complete the deposit.

A message will appear on your screen stating that your deposit was successful upon completion. Additionally, you will see "Mobile Check Deposit" along with the dollar amount in your transaction history. Please retain the check in a secure location for 14 days. After 14 days, and after confirming the deposited funds have been applied to your account correctly, you may destroy the check—preferably by shredding it. Destroying the check prevents it from being presented for deposit another time. You will be liable for checks presented more than once.
