Susan West is a Senior Product Manager for Managed Receivables at Fifth Third Bank. She started her career as an accountant and over 17 years held various roles at a Fortune 500 company including implementing projects for Cash Application and Procure to Pay. She has a Six Sigma Black Belt and loves to improve processes, especially in receivables. Susan earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting at the University of Cincinnati. In her free time, she enjoys playing soccer and being with her family.

Treasury Management Product Manager – Instant Payments
Megan Rice is a Product Manager for Instant Payments at Fifth Third Bank with a passion for product development and modernizing payment technology. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and a Master of Finance degree from the University of Dayton. Outside of work, she enjoys working out at Orange Theory and trying out new restaurants all over Cincinnati.
